Within
the framework of the Interim Session of the Council of Foreign Investors, the
Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Olzhas Bektenov, also held
meetings with heads of foreign companies.
During a meeting with the President of Beeline Kazakhstan,
Evgeny Nastradin, issues related to the further development of digital
infrastructure and the implementation of joint projects of VEON Group in
Kazakhstan were discussed. The contribution of Beeline Kazakhstan to serving
more than 11 million subscribers and its participation in initiatives aimed at
digital inclusion and increasing digital literacy were noted.
The Prime Minister confirmed the Government’s readiness to
provide the necessary support and instructed the relevant ministries to work
through the proposals voiced, including new innovative projects using
artificial intelligence and digital solutions.
